Elevate Realty SEO hosts some content for its customers — real estate blogs, careers pages and pictures. The businesses that publish that content are responsible for it, but we act quickly on valid reports.

Report a copyright problem (United States — DMCA)

If you believe content on a page we host infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512(c)):

Designated agent: Copyright Agent, Elevate Realty SEO

Email: support@elevaterealtyseo.com

Mail: Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Your notice must include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature (or that of someone authorised to act for the copyright owner);
  2. the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
  3. the material you say is infringing and where it is — the full web address is best;
  4. your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
  6. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We will remove or disable the material promptly and tell the customer who published it.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent with: your signature; the material removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, with your consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the US, any judicial district where we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have started a court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Canada — notice and notice

If you are a copyright owner in Canada, you may send a notice of claimed infringement under the Copyright Act (sections 41.25 to 41.27) to the same address. We forward it to the customer concerned, tell you when we have done so, and keep the records the Act requires.

Other problems with a hosted page
